i love ina garten. i love her cookbooks, her recipes, her love of food, her attitude and naturally, her affection for butter. i am working from home today, getting ready for my big move to brooklyn heights and in the background i'm listening to ina make tequila lime chicken, guacamole and key lime pie. oh and did i fail to mention she's also making CORN PUDDING?!

*sigh*

along with that saucy, voluptuous culinary empress nigella lawson; ina can butter my graham cracker crust any day.
